Privacy Notice
Last updated: February 12, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how independent grocers who can be located and contacted via https://www.harvestfoodsnw.com collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information about you when you shop at their retail locations, contact or otherwise interact with them, and through their websites and mobile applications that link to this notice (the “Services“) and describes practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
The independent grocers who can be located and contacted via the Harvest Foods website are legally distinct entities with different business practices. The terms “Company“, “we“, “our“, or “us” are intended to refer to each such entity, separately and with respect to its operations, and not to all such entities as a group. Not every Company collects all of the types of data described in this Privacy Notice or uses such data in the manner described in this Privacy Notice. To the extent such data is so collected or so used by a Company, however, this Privacy Notice describes that Company’s policies with respect thereto. If you have questions regarding how any particular Company (operator of a specific store location) collects or uses data, please contact us using the “Contact Us” (or similar) link on the Harvest Foods website.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to content or sites operated by third parties that are linked to or from the Services, or to any products, mobile applications, or services provided by third parties.
A Company may provide additional or different privacy policies that are specific to certain features, services, or activities, including policies made available only via other websites and applications that relate to our businesses (i.e., not associated with the Harvestfoodsnw.com domain).
Please read this notice carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it. By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy notice. This notice may change from time to time (see “Changes to Our Privacy Notice” below). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes as described here is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the notice periodically for updates.
Children’s and Minors’ Data
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 18. If you believe your child may have disclosed personal information to us, please contact us using the “Contact Us” (or similar) link on the Harvest Foods website and we will delete that information.
The Personal Data That We Collect or Process
“Personal data” is information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, or payment information (for example, account information such as name, postal address, and email address, credit card number, social security number, or any other identifier we may use to contact you online or offline).
The types and categories of personal data we may collect or process include:
- Personal identifiers such as account and contact information, including name, address (such as home address, work address, or other address), email address, phone number, username, and other contact information you provide us. In some cases, we may scan your driver’s license to verify you are old enough to make a restricted purchase. If we scan your license for this purpose, we do not retain your driver’s license number after we verify your age.
- Payment information, including credit card or debit card information you use in connection with the Services.
- Account history, including information about your account, transactions, purchases, order history, or discounts.
- Demographic information, including your age, gender, income level, education, or family or marital status.
- Location information, including general geographic location such as country, state or province, or city and precise geolocation, if you have enabled and consented to location information collection, for example if you use our Services for a delivery order.

This includes information you provide when you register for an account, enroll in one of our loyalty programs (if we maintain any such programs), if you enter a promotion or sweepstake offered by us, sign up for an event sponsored by us, or if you report a problem to us.
- Communication preferences including your preferences in receiving marketing and purchase-based advertising.
- Sensory data such as CCTV recordings from our facilities or premises or photos. Some of our cameras may capture license plate data for security purposes, to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees, and to prevent, investigate, and prosecute shoplifting, fraud, and other criminal activities. We may record your voice when you contact our customer service representatives.
If you choose not to provide or allow us to collect some information, we may not be able to provide you with requested features, services, or information.
We may also collect:
- Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
- Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.
If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.

Some parts of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those parts or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).
When you interact with the Services, there are third parties that may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:
- Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers.
- Analytics companies.
- Your device manufacturer.
- Your internet or mobile service provider.
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal data or they may collect information, including personal data, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

We also may receive personal data from business partners that we engage to share consumer information with us, including your personal preferences and demographic information such as age, gender, and income level so that we can better provide you with a personalized experience, including personalized content, offers and services.

Your Rights and Choices About Your Information
This section describes mechanisms you can use to control certain uses and disclosures of your information and rights you may have under state law, depending on where you live.
Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent, if supported on your browser. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly. Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (“DNT“) setting that can send a signal to the online services you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our Services may not respond to all browser DNT signals.
- Promotions by the Company. If you do not wish us to use your information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by unsubscribing from marketing messages. You can also opt out by sending us an email using the “Contact Us” (or similar) link on the Harvest Foods website.
- Targeted Advertising by the Company. You may be able to opt out of the sale of your personal data or targeted advertising through an opt-out preference signal. To process your request through an opt-out preference signal, you must use a browser supporting the preference signal. If you choose to use an opt-out preference signal, your web browser should opt you out of the sale of your personal data and targeted advertising in the context of cookies and tracking technologies from the browser for which you have the opt-out preference signal enabled.
- Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal data with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt out by sending us an email using the “Contact Us” (or similar) link on the Harvest Foods website. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
Location data choices:
- Location Data. You can choose whether or not to allow the Services to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some Services features may become inaccessible or not function properly.
State Specific Disclosures
We may conduct business in Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. You may have additional privacy rights under the law of the state in which you live and we conduct business in. This section describes those rights for residents of Montana, Oregon and Washington.

You also have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your privacy rights. You may also have the right to request a list of specific third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information.
Requesting Access, Deletion, Correction, or Third Parties. You may submit a request to exercise your access, deletion, correction, or list of third parties, by submitting a request to us via the “Contact Us” (or similar) link at the Harvest Foods website. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in connection with the verification process to verify your identity or the authority of your authorized agent.

This information may be collected when you visit a store, interact with our websites and mobile applications, from publicly available sources, and from other third parties.
Why We Collect and Use Consumer Health Data. We may use consumer health data as described above for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling the purposes for which you provided the data or that were described when it was collected.

- Improving and administering our products and services.
Consumer Health Data Shared with Third Parties. We may disclose any of the consumer health data categories listed above to processors, service providers, and contractors that help us provide products and services to you. We may share consumer health data to the extent necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; in response to a request for cooperation from law enforcement or a government agency; or to otherwise comply with our other legal and regulatory obligations.
Your Rights Under MHMDA. MHMDA provides covered individuals with certain rights to access, delete, and, to the extent applicable, withdraw consent relating to their consumer health data, subject to certain exceptions. If we collect and retain such data, you may exercise the rights outlined above by contacting us via the “Contact Us” (or similar) link at the Harvest Foods website.
We may take steps to authenticate your identity before responding to your request by asking you a series of questions about your previous interactions with us or ask you to provide other knowledge-based qualifiers.
If your request to exercise a right under the MHMDA is denied, you may appeal that decision by following the instructions that we provide when we deny your request. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you can raise a concern or lodge a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access.
How We Retain Your Personal Data
We keep the categories of personal data described in this notice for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for so long as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. At the end of the retention period, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or deidentified.

We may update this notice from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the notice as required by law. The date the privacy notice was last updated is identified at the top of the page. We will notify you of changes to this notice by updating the “last updated” date and posting the updated notice on the Services. We may email or otherwise communicate reminders about this notice, but you should check our Services periodically to see the current notice and any changes we have made to it.
